How To Register for the Tournament

Step 1: Sign Up as a Club Manager

Go to the tournament registration page and register as a club manager by entering the following information (even for individual participant):

  • Name
  • Email
  • Contact Number
  • Club Name (can be individual name or club name)
  • Password

You will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to login to the system here. Please check your email’s spam folder if you have issue receiving the email. You can also add web[at]wcbfsarawak.org.my to your email account’s safe list.

You can then login to the registration system here.

Step 2: Register Your Players

Once you are in the system you will be able to register all your players. Each player will need to provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Passport Number / IC Number
  • Gender
  • Birthday
  • Photo of the player
  • Player’s t-shirt size

You can register all your players before continuing to the next step.

In the event that you have a player that showed their interest later on, you can always return to this step later on.

Step 3: Sign them up for the events

Once the player is registered, you can sign them up for the events that they are interested to participate in. Please read the rules & regulations for further details on the requirements for each event.

You can sign up for all of the events that all your players are interested in (following the limits in the rules and regulations) before continuing to the next step.

In the event that you have a player that showed their interest later on, you can always return to this step later on.

Step 4: Generate the invoice

After completing the registrations (you can sign up for all the event that the players under you are interested in), you can then generate the invoice.

This is also the step that you can purchase the tickets for farewell dinner. Tickets for the farewell dinner are separate and not limited to the participants of the tournament.

In the event that you have a player that showed their interest later on, you can always return to this step later on.

Step 5: Payment

For each invoice that you have generated, you can then proceed to complete the registration by paying.

By clicking on the proceed to payment button, you will be brought to the payment processor’s website securely. Here you will be able to pay through two ways :

  • Credit Card
  • Malaysian Bank Transfers

For international participants, it is recommended that you pay via credit card.

Once the payment has gone through, you will receive a receipt from both the payment processor and from wcbfsarawak.org.my . Please check your email’s spam folder just in case it ends up in there.
