1) Team Manager will collect all the information (customer name, passport no., check-in & check-out date, etc.) from the participants.
2) Team Manager has to fill up the booking form via the official website, and submit to our secretariat via email@example.com
3) The organiser secretariat will forward the booking form to respective hotels, then the respective hotel will give the booking confirmation code to Team Manager.
4) Team Manager has to do payment to the respective hotel via deposit / credit card details.
5) If payment has not been made (within dateline which has been given by the respective hotel), the respective hotel reserves the right to release rooms.
